Enhancing biomass availability

The circular bioeconomy could be worth 7.2 trillion EUR (7.7 trillion USD) globally. The numbers could not be more clear, and the EU should do everything it can to take advantage. 
 
The bioeconomy has a much greater economic potential than its current share of the EU economy:
 
➡ New materials and products with unique properties can create new markets and growth opportunities.
➡ The bioeconomy can contribute to societal objectives, particularly 2050 climate and environmental objectives.
➡ The circular bioeconomy can power a climate-neutral, sustainable, resilient, competitive Europe.
 
The new European Commission and Parliament must take action to make the bioeconomy part of the solution to reach its environmental, economic and social goals. Let's make it happen - here's how.
