BioEco-UP presents Agricaltural research Troubsko and non traditional ingredients.
The workshop in Czech Republic focused on the bioeconomy and the cultivation of non-traditional crops. It highlighted the potential of innovative farming practices and the use of underutilized plants to enhance sustainability. Participants discussed the integration of these crops into the bioeconomy, aiming to improve resource efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
Visitors could taste interesting recipes or try to prepare them themselves!
